I started Carp fishing around 30 years ago at the ripe old age of 12 I knew then that I had found a side of fishing that fascinated me. Back then 'doubles' were big fish, '20s' were monsters and don’t even go there with '30s' and '40s'.

Q: When will your next book be released?
A: Hopefully at the end of 2011 or early 2012

.Martin Clarke Top Tips:

TIP 1: Check to see your hooks are sharp before each cast.
TIP 2: Wear sunglasses to look into the water rather than looking at the water.
TIP 3: Be the first to use XLR-8 on your lake.

What's Next For You?:

There's a few big'uns I've got my eye on so i'll be targeting them. I'm on the waiting lists of some very special venues and I'll be joining these very soon. Continue writing for articles for Carpworld and keep plugging away at my next book.
